What differentiates ManageEngine Site24x7 from other similar products?
I have only used 24*7 for monitoring of our cirtical websites and it is awesome product to have, we do not want any other product other than 24/7 it is service the purpose completely.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Monitoring of Websites and providing traces incase of any outage
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing that we dont like untill now
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
They should include network monitoring as well

What differentiates ManageEngine Site24x7 from other similar products?
We were using New Relic, but have switched from that to Site24X7, for all the built in features and ability to implement using any agents deployed. The SSO is very helpful as well.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoho Site 24X7 Network Monitoring tool is great for writing complex rules that can define when the alerts are triggered. It has an SSO Integration that enables better user management. The network Analytics is superb. It gives an holistic understanding of various parameters during network outage or periodic server offlines. Moreover, as a tool, it is very easy to set up.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Better integrations with platforms like Teams etc would be an added advantage There are too many features so an easy to understand and read documentation will be better. Zoho Site 24X7 Network Monitoring as a tool can be more lucrative to start ups if the pricing is better suited for them.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoho Site24x7, in particular, its website monitoring is suited to a medium company with a decent scale web backend with basic functionality. This is a great tool for viewing the quick insights on the loads and traffic are impacting the organization.

What differentiates ManageEngine Site24x7 from other similar products?
Reliability, affordability and Scale. These are the three-factor make Zoho site monitoring so good. We are a small-scale business. Zoho is the most affordable option in the market for us. The customisation and the configuration can be improved.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Feature complete. Zoho provides almost all of the features required for us. Applogs, real user monitoring and the Plugin ecosystem are great.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The UI can be improved with more graphs and analytics. A default dashboard template would be great as well.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are looking for an affordable, feature-complete solution. You can buy the Product, it also has great pricing.
