Zoho Site24x7 Network Monitoring is a very easy to use and cost effective tool made for all industries and size and types of businesses from small and micro to large organizations.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of this product is the very well designed and informative website along with the flexible pricing plans which include a 30 day trial with no credit card required.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is a very huge price difference between the classic and enterprise plans which seems unjustified. Small organizations might need the enterprise plans but will not be able to afford it which is a set back.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Do consider this tool for monitoring your website/cloud or server. The best part is you can start of with the free 30 day plan without providing credit card details, considering you decide to not use the product if you do not find it useful or cost effective.

What differentiates ManageEngine Site24x7 from other similar products?
First of all it's price give it an edge (comparing it after considering different services). Second the free trial option is great to have it tested as if it's compatible or not. It also provides a clear report (which I personally prefer) about the front end which is seen by user and how complex it is for a user to get familiar with it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I liked the how agile one can be with scripting language, whether it's Python or C we can get the work done. Also the real time user monitoring is enhanced and like it personally.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It takes too much effort to set up monitoring, would love some automation their. Also when their is a big outage it feels like someone just waged a war on your country.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you have a decent budget and Don't have need of some advanced monitoring then go with it and the 30 day free trial will also help one to see if the org is getting compatible with it or not. But if you are in need of advance monitoring then the competitors are also worthy to get a try.
