What differentiates Manhattan Active Warehouse Management from other similar products?

Easy to integrate with other systems. Configurations are easy to understand and implement.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to use and train others. Hi screen and Menu are easy to navigate.

What do you dislike most about this product?

AIM document doesn’t explain things clearly. Too many tables in the database table for one UI menu and not always clear which columns to link as naming some time it varies between tables. Would be nice to provide a function of n UI to indicate table name and field where can be found in database. It helps with investigation

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It’s good product, easy to use. Make sure your team who will be supporting the system going forward are involved from day one and understand Configuration and database.
