What differentiates McLean Employee Engagement from other similar products?
I am a big fan of McLean & Co. as an organization and think they provide great support. The employee engagement survey itself was a bit limited in the data we were able to retrieve from it, and when we asked for a specific cut of data that would require a drill down, we were told it was outside of their scope and we should do it ourselves. This is a few hours of work due to the limitations of the survey software and frustrating for our leadership team waiting to see this cut.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
McLean as a whole is great and provides wonderful support.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Could not drill into data for areas of improvement.
