What differentiates Medallia Experience Cloud from other similar products?
Manage all customer relations at one place. Its a powerful tool with lot of features and serves as sone single point across multiple websites. It provides lot of data to the organisation.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Dashboards are really nice. Integrations with other tools like session replays and others is seamless. It can be integrated with alerting systems as well. Data can be exported easily and use further for analytics purpose.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Cost is on a little higher side and System has a learning curve due to multiple features. Sometimes it may not be worth based on revenue streams. Analytical capabilities in dashboards can be improved with machine learning for predictive analysis.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Its one of best tool to track customer journey.

What differentiates Medallia Experience Cloud from other similar products?
The elemental tool for customer satisfaction is exactly right. The way it allows us as agents to share details about ourselves in the process has had a huge impact on the customer experience. Customers feel more inclined and it allows you to get a real understanding of each individual's expectations. It is suitable for any support team, customer experience team.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Helps companies empower their frontline agents to deliver exceptional support experiences, helps growing startups, large enterprises, SMBs and BPOs collect real-time customer feedback, improve quality control and empower agent training on the spot.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Managers have to log into multiple platforms to find the relevant data. Wish it had an analytics connection of some sort. No other comments against it to add.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The most dazzling feature is the leaderboard, being in the top 10 gets me awards with the company. It is easy to use and navigate and is a user friendly software. Every time QA does a review, an email arrives, it is one of the only product update emails, they are incredibly responsive and very helpful.
