ExecVision Conversation Intelligence software made it much easier for me to go back and find the element that my customer desired so that I could serve them more appropriately the next time they visited us. I believe that because of its extensive functionality, it can meet company needs superior to others.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This is the tool I've been looking for to automate my unpleasant process and generate more quality leads. ExecVision assisted me in providing my customers with the best and most seamless user experience. Because ExecVision also provides us with top-notch collaboration tools that are easy to use, we are able to explore the positive and negative sides of each interaction with our managers.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only thing I struggle with is how to use the filters. I stored some filters, but because I don't know how to employ them correctly, they are a little difficult to use. However, management is attempting to manually add the filters to the library.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
