What differentiates Microsoft Azure Backup from other similar products?
In our mobilization company we have this tool to carry our database protected with backups, it is important for us to keep up to date in a matter of documentations and losing any file could be a big headache, as we can lose money and time in addition to many processes that are performed after these, with this tool our work has become much easier and calmer.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The backup capacity is excellent being able to organize our files through folders marked with different information pins to make it easier to find them when needed. The possibility of creating data copies in SQL databases helps us a lot in terms of inventories and accounts. Being able to even have backup copies of our images greatly protect many areas of our company in terms of vehicle insurance.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes it can be very overloaded with functions, but nevertheless they are still useful, you have to navigate through the tool and discover how we can take advantage of all these items to be much more effective and productive when using the platform. Sometimes we feel that it takes a little longer than it should to restore files when we lose them, this could be improved and could help us to be much faster in our tasks.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Microsoft Azure Backup can easily be targeted to any type of company, you should evaluate well the costs that it will generate and evaluate if they are worth it for the type of organization where you intend to integrate. Their customer service department is active much of the time offering constant help in understanding the tool. It is easy to configure and highly customizable, a great solution for centralizing data.

What differentiates Microsoft Azure Backup from other similar products?
We use azure Backup to create backups for cloud and on premise VM workloads and for site recovery for clients. Azure backup is affordable and simple to implement and use. Coming from the azure environment, it has great integrations with windows VMs and all Microsoft products
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The initial set up and configuration was very easy everyone; including those with limited experience in implementing backup environments. Azure backup has been efficient with no room for error. Since we started using it, we have not had any backup failure.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It has problems connecting with some firewall models.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a reliable service for backups and recovering files. I have so much confidence in azure backup and wuld totally recommend it to anyone looking for a backup tool.
