Tightly integrates with various other tools that Microsoft has developed

The ease of use in configuring the solution to meet our needs

What do you dislike most about this product?

The support is not always the best.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Evaluate various vendors to consider different prices for a similar solutions. The licenses may be cheaper as the Multifactor authentication feature available through licenses through Microsoft can get expensive.
