What differentiates Microsoft Exchange Online Archiving from other similar products?
I have not used any other product other than Exchange Online Archiving so I am not familar with other products. This statement clearly states that I as an individual and on behalf of the companies which I have worked with are satisfied and happy with its results.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Enabling the Online Archive and MRM, both are very easy and is done in a very short time. With the help of PowerShell, we can do it for the whole organization within few minutes.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing as such until now.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you want to save the cost of the licenses for your mailbox and also the data is important you can opt for a plan which gives descent storage in the primary mailbox and 100 GB and extendable storage in Online archive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Factor in not only the initial licensing costs but also ongoing expenses such as storage, maintenance, and administration when evaluating the total cost of ownership of Exchange archiving.
