It's logical, quick, and simple to work with; with a little bit of experience, you can make it do about anything you want.

Intune is an all in one solution for devices.

What differentiates Microsoft Intune from other similar products?
It works out of the box for app deployment, security processes and locking down devices. Autopilot for OOBE is fantastic for end user deployment with devices. The company portal when used and set up correctly gives you a local app store that is private for pushing out software for users that do not have local admin rights.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
AutoPilot for us. Locking devices down to our tenant on the Windows OS was required for our audits. If a user somehow reinstalls windows and gives a device an internet connection during the initial setup it will only allow a user to log into that device using an AzureAD account that is currently enabled, has the correct licencing and tied to that tenant.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is very clunky in terms of configuration policies. It would be nice if the policies were sometimes easier to set up between Endpoint security and configuration policies on the device themselves.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you run MS EntraID already and want to move devices to the cloud away from ADDS, just use Intune.
Pros
- Client's Interest First
- Security Protects
- Helps Innovate
- Continually Improving Product
