What differentiates Microsoft Power Automate from other similar products?

The several functions it provides and also templates it has was really helpful all the time and I think is what it seperates itself from every other similar products

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the plugin components available to let this tool connect with other applications directly. I also like how this tool has a pretty advanced OCR engine to read and automate the PDF files

What do you dislike most about this product?

This tool has very bad customer service and some times it used to take days to reach out with a solution.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend this tool has a very good usage only when used for automation of all the file readings and data reconciliations UI automation and browser automations.
