it gives you all the tools you are likely to need in a single platform, making everything extremely easy for everyone involved in the process. By carrying out this type of solution, you give your team the tool they need to assist in the same project and effectively work together by representing the current status of each task, being able to notify each other, collaborate research, help each other, among others.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Therefore, making changes to the plan is quite cumbersome. Because the plan depends on close support from the team, any segment that leaves the team can impede the entire project.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Project management software gives you the convenience of projecting your budget, but also distributing it appropriately across all costs that come along with the project, helping you (and your team) manage capital much more smarter than before. It is about software that approves specifying and planning tasks, either using the traditional organization with Gantt and in the most sophisticated choices they already agree to go further and use the Critical Chain or Earned Value techniques, companies (large and small), most of the softawre have these characteristics

We used to manipulate plans through a chain of different platforms and methods, involving but not limited to emails, spreadsheets, manual reports, phone calls, and regular meetings, today all of this comes together on one great platform, essentially

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be quite rigid and lead to less malleability later in the planning process. As a result, the creativity and innovation of a team are restricted.

What this software does is to provide a fulfilling environment in which you and your team can participate, collaborate, and get busy together on the tasks ahead to successfully complete a project.

It is easy to link two tasks and compare how much progress you have made to your initial plan. Microsoft project offers in built tools for planning, timekeeping, scheduling and managing resources for your projects.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It allows for accuracy in calculations since it gives me control over the resources I allocate to projects. Microsoft projects has improved the effectiveness of my work since I am able to schedule each phase of construction and create real time reports. I use it within the MS ecosystem with MS excel tables for ease of creation of projects.

What do you dislike most about this product?

You need training before using MS projects. Knowing all the features and their use is tough for newbies.
