What differentiates Miro from other similar products?
It's no secret that I rely heavily on Miro for qualitative research. The speed with which I can jot down ideas on post-it notes and the ease with which I can organize those ideas into categories using tags are two features I particularly appreciate.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The dashboard is easily accessible, the application is straightforward, and working in a group is a breeze. Any dashboard may be exported to a png or pdf for usage in other programs, such as Azure DevOps and Jira, with no effort.
What do you dislike most about this product?
To better target my message to the right people, I'd want to see more narrowing options. JIRA export links are a new feature I've been enjoying. A similar integration for Azure DevOps is something I'd be very interested in.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Quickly and simply create a route map to present to upper management. Instead of passing around a PowerPoint presentation, the team can all work on the content at once, increasing efficiency and encouraging teamwork.
Pros
- Continually Improving Product
- Enables Productivity
- Efficient Service
- Transparent
