What differentiates Mitel Voice from other similar products?
It integrates perfectly with Outlook and Salesforce, very powerful instant messaging software with which you can synchronize data from calls or messages.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is a complete communications platform, very flexible with which I can make VoIP calls so easily, the call quality is very good. The interface is intuitive, we also use the plugin with Outlook to manage voicemails.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It should provide SMS and voice calls through a free trial version.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is suitable for scheduling and making unlimited calls, tracking missed calls, the duration of each call.
