Easy to use and powerful tool which has been beneficial with hybrid working on lockdown to promote easy sharing of information with colleagues Links well with other Mitel applications

Limited take up in our sector and use of rival products which do the job but in my view not in such a good way

What differentiates Mitel Voice from other similar products?
It has an operator feature which makes it easy for supervisors to monitor calls and contact status with hover and drag-and-drop functionality, and detailed call information.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It offers third-party integration whereby MiCloud Connect supports seamless connections with Google, Microsoft, Netsuite, Salesforce and more CRM. Its mobile app enables me to bring MiCloud Connect wherever I go with the iOS and Android mobile app that extends full call handling and UC capabilities to any device.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The features are perfect for my work I have no dislikes so far.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This product makes communication simple and for this reason, I would recommend it to any user.

What differentiates Mitel Voice from other similar products?
They have a function which is fantastic where you can call any number that the web application recognises just with a click of a button.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease of use and calling is very simple and efficient
What do you dislike most about this product?
The quality of the tool lefts a lot to be desired and the support team aren’t very effective at sorting out issues in a timely manner
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It’s good but there are a lot of issues that we haven’t managed to fix after quite a few months of persistent issues
