The SUPER Mixpanel

What differentiates Mixpanel from other similar products?
I don't know what my professional would be without Mixpanel. An amazing tool that allows me to understand what happens in the entire system, analyzing the user and their needs, thus developing better tools for a better user experience.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The filters and layers I can get into the system. With this, I can get the best data for decision-making by my company's product team
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some forms of filtering are very complex and difficult to understand. It would take more high-level learning to use professional filters within the system.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Understand the vast majority of features that Mixpanel offers, as the range of features is quite large.

What differentiates Mixpanel from other similar products?
Your retention charts flow naturally into these analyzes. Additionally, Mixpanel gives us the ability to run more sophisticated cohort analyzes to determine the impact of features based on when users interacted with our site. Mixpanel is primarily used by the product team to improve our funnel conversions and discover different user flows / paths.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This can be further filtered to focus on particular events of interest. Proper segmentation is where most analytics solutions make a living. Live view is a nice perk that gives you a good idea of who is on your site and what they are doing at any given time. Linking events to user attributes allows you to properly segment users into cohorts that can then be individually tracked.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Mixpanel requires explicit event configuration from your application. A tool like Mixpanel comes packed with features that are sometimes harder to discover. Inserting it into the process later presents challenges in tracking when certain events were triggered. It is very easy to get sucked into one part of your toolkit and not be aware of other tools that can be very useful.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Metrics must be integrated into the development flow so that each page is properly instrumented. If you don't put the work in beforehand, Mixpanel just won't be that useful. Also, events need to be organized properly, as it's easy to lose track of events and when they went online. This means that companies must be very deliberate with the way they plan their development.
Pros
- Continually Improving Product
- Reliable
- Efficient Service
- Inspires Innovation

It is good to get detailed use patterns for web

What differentiates Mixpanel from other similar products?
There are other similar analytic tools, but Mixpanel, in my opinion, can easily execute cohort analysis, which is popular right now, so I think it's a good point to be able to do it with low effort to capture crucial KPIs like...increase user retention rate.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
When doing retention and funnel analysis, condition modification may be done in a precise and flexible manner. For example, how many people who use Feature A return to your website after x days? What percentage of registrants use Feature B more than three times during the first 30 days of registering? Such an examination is now possible. This will allow us to address complicated assumptions about online product improvement.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's a great touch that there's a push distribution option and that user behavior can be tracked based on distribution results, however, it looks that distribution performance isn't very good and that it's impossible to properly segment the distribution. I'm not pleased. (It is still a feature, although it appears to be lacking.)
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Retention analysis may now be done with detailed condition settings that were previously inaccessible using existing access analysis tools. As a result, focus on particular retention methods became straightforward. Because it's a service with an A/B test, a push distribution technique, and an analytics approach, I feel it's preferable to be able to easily add such elements to the service if the site's size is compatible.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing
- Unique Features
