CRM integration does not fulfill all of our needs.

Go for it! If you need an easy-to-use, affordable survey solution this is probably the best on the market.

Nice user interface

The pre-built survey questionaries' which help to provide confidence in the surveys being sent
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some of the reporting on results can be a little 'clunky' and takes a bit of work to manipulate in a manner which works for me
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try the free trial if there is one - if not, there is a cooling off period and so you can cancel, but it is very easy to use software.

What differentiates SurveyMonkey Enterprise from other similar products?
Integrations and plugins obviously. Courtesy Surveymonkeys vast integration with a cross-section of software products deployed in my workplace, we are conveniently improving the engagement level of our surveys and easily exporting survey insights into third party data visualization tools.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the quality of the analytics Surveymonkey presents, regarding every single survey campaign we launch on the platform. Its analytical data are always very concise, and we rely on these data to continuously improve the engagement rate and overall quality of our surveys.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is currently no provision for survey collection offline.This has left us needing to maintain a separate software for this sole purpose.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For online based feedback collection , Surveymonkey should be a good fit for most organizations.
