Mural is an excellent platform for group work
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates MURAL from other similar products?
A excellent visual aid and long-lasting record of choices made in meetings; requires little effort to produce and implement. A lot of the time, folks in meetings aren't paying attention to what others are saying. Input from the meeting participants can be graphically represented with the help of this tool. You can check the board to see how people responded if you were absent when that topic was brought up.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I appreciate the straightforwardness with which it provides useful means of communication. The success of large teams depends heavily on effective communication, and this tool facilitates it. Mural provides visual representation of the data we process. As a result, we are able to process more data without being overwhelmed or confused.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some of the formatting restrictions that made it hard to group thoughts as intended have been fixed in the most recent release. More block designs and anchor point connections are two things I'd like to see included.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Mural eliminated the need for repeated information retrieval sessions by establishing a common information model on which all teams could rapidly begin working toward a common goal.

What differentiates MURAL from other similar products?
After using Mural for some time, I can say confidently that it is the most useful tool to have on hand during meetings. Mural's clean and simple user interface is fantastic. A vital resource for any group meeting. The offered templates are excellent.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Because of its flexible format, which encourages original thinking, murals are ideal for recording the thoughts of a single person or a group. Also, the post-it notes let the people who normally wouldn't speak up to contribute their ideas. Having the option for asynchronous collaboration is a great boon to productivity, allowing team members to contribute their thoughts whenever they have them.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Incorporating elements like text boxes and contour regions would be a great enhancement to Mural. The layout of the left-hand sidebar is a little confusing. It took a lot of exploring to figure out what each button accomplished.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Mural has helped me organize my thoughts and plans for individual projects and workflows. One more perk is a whiteboard, which can be used for all-hands meetings and serves as a continuous improvement huddle board. Great opportunities for communication and teamwork!
