Mural is a leading real-time digital board
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates MURAL from other similar products?
I like how MURAL can function similarly to conventional whiteboards and flipcharts. Because of this platform, my team is able to replace some of our regular collaboration tools and work together more effectively, even from a distance, than we ever could with just video conversations.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Mural's simplicity and the outline function, which helps audience members keep up with the presentation, are its two best features. The large, clear design makes it simple to focus on and show the most relevant details.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When compared to competing tools like Miro, I find MURAL's small workspace to be a major drawback. There isn't a lot of room to set up many boards, workspaces, or tabs, which can make your projects feel claustrophobic.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Mural is useful since it facilitates real-time, remote collaboration with my team without requiring me to have in-depth expertise in any technological areas. In other words, the problem of "just another PowerPoint" is being addressed by Mural. In my field of study, the use of slide presentations is becoming antiquated and irrelevant because they do not encourage active engagement from students.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Enables Productivity
- Effective Service
- Inspires Innovation

Mural is ideal for distributed teams of all sizes

What differentiates MURAL from other similar products?
For the last four years, my entire team has operated fully remotely. Initial difficulties arose from our lack of physical proximity and the inability to hold meetings or conferences in a dedicated area. We were able to do this thanks to Mural's collaboration features in our online office.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I appreciate that everyone in your group can make a contribution to the answer simultaneously. This makes it easy to form subgroups within large meetings to tackle difficult problems. The ability to break down a multifaceted problem and highlight places where more effort is needed. You can also evaluate the effectiveness of your strategies in this way.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I'd love to offer some pointed criticism, but I'm at a loss. See for yourself how useful Mural can be by giving it a try. Getting started with facilitation, co-creation, and collaboration has a slight "learning curve," but you won't realize it after a while.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Mural allows remote team members to have their opinions heard by posting them to virtual whiteboards in real time. Having the option to remain anonymous is a great help in defusing potentially explosive situations.
Pros
- Enables Productivity
- Efficient Service
- Helps Innovate

Mural facilitates easy planning and teamwork
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates MURAL from other similar products?
Participant involvement is boosted as a result. Since it's a real-time collaboration, the outcomes and replies are instantly visible. Asynchronously, it accomplishes the same thing. You get to see the finished product as it's being made, and I can tell that people are actively participating and checking out each other's work. It's also a good way to keep track of what's being said or done in real time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's a great environment for teamwork. Larger meetings, such as calls with decks, increase team involvement. Collect data, keep track of talks, and distribute ideas. Make a narrative where ideas may flow freely and everyone can contribute. When compared to Powerpoint and other similar programs, it excels.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Large group brainstorming sessions can occasionally experience'sensitivity' while rearranging objects, but this is rarely a major problem. Canvas navigation is cumbersome without the use of a mouse, and some features are difficult to master.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Mural is a fantastic collaborative tool for both remote and in-person teams. Activities ranging from breaking the ice to serious strategic planning are included. It's a good time with minimal risk that also helps us get more done. Variety, positioning, and even color all seem to be well-received by the participants.
Pros
- Reliable
- Caring
- Transparent
- Enables Productivity
