Frustrating and unnecessary middleman

What differentiates Navan from other similar products?
Have not used other similar products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The interface is clean and easy to use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The interface looks nice but the product is broken and extremely frustrating. Customer service is somewhat friendly (depending on the agent), but not empowered to make things right. Navan is an unnecessary middleman that makes travel difficult, time-consuming, and almost impossible to make self-serv customizations.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are booking many flights a week with different airlines for business use and you DO NOT have to change the flights than Navan would probably be helpful. Otherwise steer clear and whatever you do, do not use it for personal use.

Seamless to use product Very intuitive Adds so much value in terms of expense management Great for managing expectations especially when travel can be full of delays Staff are great online chat
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Mobile app is the best, so easy to use and helps a lot if you travel a lot. Almost like having a travel manager on your phone!
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing to note of at the moment. Clearly Navan have a great product roadmap and I see enhancements frequently.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is great as a service/ product. It will help hugely if you have travel and expense management challenges. The app is great the company credit card is great and the service is 100%.
