What differentiates Navan from other similar products?
The software also gives me more control over spending and important financial insights. Employees breeze through the buying process without any effort with its conversational user interface.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The customisable feature of the platform allowed us to assign a card for a specific vendor and a specific amount.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We reported bugs to the system when integrating with other software, specifically QuickBooks. Moreover, the system does not support splitting expenses between departments and funds.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
TripActions aims to provide faster and more efficient expense tracking for businesses, regardless of the company size

What differentiates Navan from other similar products?
TripActions captures accurate expense data and allows us to view corporate card spending as it happens. Additionally, it has a reporting feature that allows us to approve or reject expenses immediately aftee submission
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The platform has virtual credit card features and physical cards for in-person transactions. It is easy to use and immediately reimburses employees for their expenses
What do you dislike most about this product?
The platform does not allow employees to add anything to the trip after the manager has already approved it. Everything should be included in the original booking or you will have to book a new trip
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What differentiates Navan from other similar products?
TripActions centralized the payments for all travel which is its core functionality with which we eliminated the reimbursement process and prevents loss in productivity in managing payments and receipts
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The In-app approval process saves us threads of communication and wait times to process approvals. If any travel is approved, it is just automatically booked without any further due action
What do you dislike most about this product?
Would be nice to see TripActions connect to frequent flyer balance information and display it in one place. There is not a lot of information about the ratings of the hotels
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
TripActions is essentially all you need to plan, book, amd track all aspects of business travel. If there is one travel management service that has been really popular with businesses is TripActions
