What differentiates Navan from other similar products?
It enabled us to build, manage and scale a world-class corporate T&E management program with ease. The business problems that TripActions addresses are the need to canvas multiple travel and hotel sites, as well as needing a dedicated travel coordinator to manage all travel needs for company employees
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love it because it gives me the option to set the cards to work oy when employees are booking trips and when they are actually travelling for work. I was impressed especially with the negotiated airfares and hotel rates, perks, and extras
What do you dislike most about this product?
When airlines make arbitrary price adjustments it can jeopardize a flight that previously complied with our requirements

TripActions is an intelligent system to manage travel risks, ensure the lowest hotel rates and airfares, abd streamline payments. Besides, it has a reporting and analytics module to help you make faster decisions

I love that TripActions uses AI and Machine-learning to get to know my profile on the app. The app learns and memorizes things like seat preferences and global entry, making it easier to book a flight
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some time when I open the app the flights available do not load immediately so I have to give it some seconds to update the flight availability before I make a booking
