What differentiates Navan from other similar products?
TripActions allows you to easily see your business travel, in addition to allowing you to manage your personal travel. For business travel, it allows you to easily see which flights, hotels, etc. are in-policy versus out of policy.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The out-of-policy tag
What do you dislike most about this product?
The expense management feature. They should be within one application.

What differentiates Navan from other similar products?
TripAction made it simple managing general expenses. Before employees would take a long time to get reimbursed, now they are reimbursed in a day with defined limits of expenses and revised if necessary. I do not know other product that have all futures that TripActions have. Usually we would need multiple products to supply our necessities and it would be much more expensive to have multiple software to manage general expenses.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is intuitive and user friendly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We are experiencing integration issues with our ERP (SAP)
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
TripActions turn general expenses management simple and fast. Even though the concept of relying in employee good faith is good, it is still important to maintain recurrent auditing processes to ensure accountability. Plan the integration with your ERP early to avoid problems during the implementation.
