The mobile app is flawlessly designed and interacts seamlessly with our expense report software. I have never had any issue with it validating my club points with airlines, car rentals, or hotel chains. It has excellent notification features to ensure nothing is missed when I'm on my business trips.

Trip actions is my go for all my travel needs
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Navan from other similar products?
Easy to manage multiple trips and expense reimbursements are fast.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love having one site to manage and go to for all of my travel needs, car, air hotel. I find myself always checking in trip actions for where I'm supposed to be and where I'm staying. I like renaming and managing each trip individually. I usually have 4-6 trips planned at any one time trip actions allows me to quickly access needed trip information at any time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would like to see a drop down for the time for the rental car pickup and drop off. The slide bar is a pain.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Since I book and manage all of my own travel this site has allowed me to become much more efficient in managing my trips. I have seen a direct correlation between a more efficient travel management and increased sales!

Revolutionary in business travel decision-making

What differentiates Navan from other similar products?
What makes TripActions so cool is that it delivers incentives to both the company AND their employees to lower their travel costs. Employees are rewarded with significant incentives to book cheaper travel, while still having the option to purchase flights, hotels, etc that are higher priced (without incentives). For the company, it lowers travel costs significantly and they can pass part of those savings on to their employees as a reward. For the employee, they can weigh how important a higher end hotel room or particular flight is to them and trade that out for something cheaper that rewards them instead.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
On a trip I took recently, I racked up hundreds of dollars in Amazon credit through choosing a cheaper hotel and a later flight. Not being someone who needs a super high end hotel room, it definitely made sense to me and I still got a nice room. Having just bought a house, I was able to make those choices, collect the credit and buy a few things I wanted to get for the new house with the credit I had procured. Could not have been more pleased with the experience and saw that it was definitely helping the company as well. They saved close to $700 total, even AFTER the rewards had been paid out to me.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Haven't found anything I dislike about it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The pandemic is over and we're all getting back to business travel... but the costs are outrageous. The best way to curb those costs -- incentives to your employees who are booking the travel. This is a heck of a program to lower your overall travel budget commit.
