What differentiates Navan from other similar products?
It shorten the process to minimum that I don't need to wait some extra steps for my expense approval. It lessens the work load of finance team of my company as well as managers to approve the expense. My company could customize the process easily so it fits to our business model perfectly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Real time notifications are good and it lets me the details of the process. It also auto-scan feature that I don't need to manually type in the expense. Google calendar integration is another wonderful feature I like the most. If some expense-related events are on my calendar, TripActions pulls the information and I don't need to do any extra jobs to make my expense request approved.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's name is confusing. TripActions first made me think it's a tavel agency. But it has many nice features regarding expense management and others as well. Why don't they change the name to something cooler than TripActions? Also it's landing page seems bit too arbitrary. It doesn't give any hints about what it does for you actually.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is good product. Try this out and you will love it.
