What differentiates Navan from other similar products?
The ease to use Navan is a breath of fresh air! I've used other travel mgt platforms and they are all clunky.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of Navan is how user friendly it is.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Navan will not calculate two receipts together.

It is so easy to use. Compare it to other travel mgt platforms and you will see !

What differentiates Navan from other similar products?
The user experience is out of the world , the previous expense management system my company used looked like it was created in the 90s . Navan makes the process of hote and flight booking and expense filing so seamless . For example it shows filters for room booking to only recommend rooms falling within my company policy budgets . These avoid wasting time on me booking and later showing as out of policy . The pre-filled data experience on uploading screenshots of bills is amazing and quite accurate . From India where bills from small buisness are not too standardised I’ve still have great results with Navan expenses
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Reimbursement by submitting bills
What do you dislike most about this product?
Can have a bulk options and keep in mind bulk workflows. I upload a lot of small bills after each business trip , Also can integrate with Uber / Ola etc to avoid me having to go and fetch receipts from cab platforms , then upload to Navan
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Navan support has been phenomenal. When the flight re scheduling workflow was broken the product automatically guided me on how to get support and the support person went ahead and directly changed my flight from the airline platform . Went beyond and above

What differentiates Navan from other similar products?
The biggest differentiator is the ability to earn rewards for the end users that have booked a reasonable room/flight/car. Uploading basic policies was efficient as well.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The mobile app and ability to check in, review itinerary, and stay updated.
What do you dislike most about this product?
In our personal deployment the end users still have to pay for the hotel themselves. Making it rather expensive if there are a lot of meetings or travel required in a short time frame.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Buy it and deploy it. Make sure to have a simple training and you'll start to see the benefits.
