GUI - more friendly and the enormous number of features for professional services

ability to customize report, utilize the integration manager to make changes and connecting billing rules with milestones
What do you dislike most about this product?
No adequate back up system on production account to retrieve information when lost due to error

Great interface and powerful forecasting tools

What differentiates NetSuite PSA from other similar products?
The user interface is very friendly and clean. The forecasting and resource management makes it really easy to plan and set up new projects to current resources based on availability.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Submitting expenses is way easier than our last product. Pretty happy with the ability to submit expenses on a mobile app as well as just a website.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not much. The navigation sometimes can be confusing to find the page I am looking for, but overall, the interface is great.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Definitely go with it! A big time saver and gave our organization a dashboard and metrics into forecasting that we were blind without.
