What differentiates New Relic from other similar products?
Our company uses New Relic for application performance management (APM) across mobile devices, web applications, and microservices. APM and Kubernetes support for automated monitoring, plus integrations with Google and Azure cloud services. Some of New Relic's best features include automatically managed dashboards, benchmarks to define user journeys, and other similar tools.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Thanks to NewRelic, our monitoring setup is much simpler. Having everything in one place is really helpful. Transaction Monitoring and Tracing The NRQL Alert API query syntax for automated data retrieval.
What do you dislike most about this product?
NRQL is potentially challenging for inexperienced users. Complete mastery of New Relic takes time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Exceptional APM monitoring is within your reach; It comes with predefined thresholds, error detection, performance and reaction time. Web and database transactions can be traced for performance analysis and in-depth research purposes. You can discover and obtain the necessary information using NRQL, which is very similar to SQL. The API can be used to automate tasks.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
With its intuitive design, this product is very easy to use. Users can monitor and analyze infrastructure performance with the help of this elegantly designed tool. It is crucial for the expansion of any company.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have no complaints. It has been providing me with satisfactory service for some time now. I am incredibly pleased with this product and the hard work of the technical support and feature update teams; The product is getting better and better.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
When this tool identifies poor performing codes, it becomes one of its best features. New Relic services are enhanced by its efficient notification and alert system. Everything works smoothly for me on this platform.

What differentiates New Relic from other similar products?
We have a wide variety of monitoring and observability services to choose from with New Relic. We do everything we can to use it to the maximum. We often struggle to determine where to locate the information we need, which is why it received a lower rating.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
New Relic is a great place to get information because their range of services covers all possible scenarios. Another great thing is the frequency of updates. It is obvious that potential and customer value are being considered.
What do you dislike most about this product?
From several angles, cost control has been a huge challenge: many of our developers can't even begin debugging or investigating production issues without a full license.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
While recent interactions with New Relic's technical architects have made this easier, it still seems like training is needed on everything to properly use and configure the services.
