Nextiva is internet-based and delivers a big business phone experience to the company. What makes Nextiva so impressive is tye sheer number of features available including custom call routing, team-based call distribution, as well as time-based routing
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It offers AI assistance that we leverage in everything from taking notes, recording amd summarizing calls, and setting up workflows. It's easy to forward, transfer or block calls
What do you dislike most about this product?
The system should be able to tell us when my team members are speaking too fast or slow. This will help us determine how to handle our customers in a more convenient way

Nextiva has an integrated digital receptionist feature that enables us to direct incoming calls to specific extensions and set up personalized greetings for callers
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The Voicemail transcription feature allows me to read my voicemail message instead of listening to it. I receive an SMS notification with a link to the transcript anytime I have a new message
What do you dislike most about this product?
The Nextiva mobile app has some bugs which is a significant disadvantage in today's world. I can only use the service with my phone if I download the Nextiva app, which is not user-friendly
