The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.
While purchasing decisions shouldn't be based on emotion, it's valuable to know what kind of emotional response the vendor you're considering elicits from their users.

Great potential, with missed opportunities
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Nifty from other similar products?
Looks great, UX is acceptable to good. It has mixed features os all kinds of collaboration tools. But features are not flashed out. There are some limitations and missed opportunities.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Favorite aspect is that we can chat with our team as in slack but the task list is just one tab away.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It does not provide a full "vendor to client" experience. User flow is very fragmented with a lot of manual work. Also there's no integration with accounting apps and proposal sending is not available.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If integration with other software is not important, it can be a great collaboration platform.
Pros
- Includes Product Enhancements
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing
- Enables Productivity
Cons
- Less Caring

- Less Efficient Service

Finally! An Intuitive Project Management Solution
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Nifty from other similar products?
Nifty is designed to be used immediately with a minimal learning curve. It has some advanced capabilities that need a bit of "how-to" instruction which is super easy to find and then implement. Nifty is set up the same way my brain works. It just makes sense from the get-go. Other platforms required a lot of trial and error to fully understand how they worked. If you input something here how will it affect it over there and there?
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's easy to use. I have a lot to do in day and I don't have time to try to figure out how to use something that is supposed to be helping me save time. With Nifty I go in, create a portfolio, add a project, add tasks to that project with reminders and due dates and I'm on to the next thing.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I'm not crazy about the UI of the mobile app and I wish it had a widget to easily add tasks from my home screen. Also the desktop version I downloaded gets a little cranky every now and again. (I've never had a single problem with the web app)
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are looking for a project management tool that will help you stay organized (and more) I would suggest you stop looking and try this one. A free trial should give you enough info to decide if you want to find something else. As a "tool" junkie, I tried everything available as of November 2021. I tried this one because I happened to see it (I forget where) and have never looked for another one. I wasted a lot of time trying everything else. This one just works.
Pros
- Continually Improving Product
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing
- Enables Productivity

Trello 2.0 - Intuitive GUI and awesome workflow!
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Nifty from other similar products?
Awesome design and intuitive GUI + easy to set up workflow. I can display each project milestone in a separate swim lane. In Trello, this was only achievable using an additional plugin. Unfortunately, the GUI was cluttered for each user without that plugin.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The swim lane view and time tracking. Both help me to keep an overview of my projects, tasks and time expenses. The quality of updates - it seems that they have a great QA since I haven't experienced any issue for a very long time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would love to define custom tags for tasks for each project. It is currently neither available nor planned. Second, the tag management should receive a rework. And I can't set up projects without deadlines.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Give it a try. You won't regret it. You have one workspace with x team members. Create portfolios that are similar to folders in your workspace. Create a project within each portfolio. You have project templates, predefined examples, and you can create your own project templates.
Pros
- Continually Improving Product
- Reliable
- Enables Productivity
- Saves Time
