What differentiates Nintex from other similar products?
Nintex offers features that no one else offers such as approval within an Email. Nintex is also very easy to use and learn
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The approval processes are easier to use and deploy than anyone else's products.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nintex pricing for the cloud is killing it as a viable product for organizations 100% in the cloud. As result, Nintex is becoming an on premise mainly used solution.

Niche low code platform for rapid development
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Nintex from other similar products?
Nintex is a niche player in the no-code/low-code platform space. I've been using Nintex for over 8 years to boost my productivity and that of my clients. It enables easy workflow automation with a drag-and-drop interface and integrates seamlessly with popular applications like Microsoft 365 and Salesforce. I particularly appreciate Nintex Forms for its intuitive form-building capabilities, which facilitate rapid development.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Nintex Forms Workflows can have API endpoints - Enables some level of Microservices that can be used along with pro-code developments Intuitive workflow building and testing features
What do you dislike most about this product?
Depending on the use case, customisations can become challenging beyond a certain point. Additionally, cost can be an issue, if the licensing model is not carefully chosen. End users sometimes complicate workflows, which, if not managed correctly, can slow down the overall process.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Nintex is effective when chosen to address appropriate levels of complexity and implemented correctly. User training and pilot project implementation with an expert can help accelerate ROI. In some scenarios, it complements other low-code tools like Power Platform and BPM tools such as Pega or Appian. Its main advantages are ease of use and rapid development, making it suitable for low to medium-complexity automation. It is also important to select the right licensing model and choose components such as Process Manager and/or Automation Cloud that best meet your needs.

- Continually Improving Product
