Business Automation with Ease & Quality of Product

What differentiates Nintex from other similar products?
We have a Business Requirement to automate a Process flow where organizer Initiates a form by adding reviewers then each reviewer add comments to the form and submit their opinions within the specific due date. For this requirement we have tried multiple products like Info Path forms, DocuPhase Forms, Power Apps but No luck in finding no code form solution with OOTB Workflows. Finally we had meeting with MicroExcel Vendor to discuss this Nintex No Code solution Product for our requirement. We completed the Implementation, QA Testing, Business Users Testing and released it to Production within 4 months of Span after started working on Nintex
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Nintex Community is there for any questions throughout the usage of this Product. We can leverage Classic forms for outside OOTB solutions with simple Java Script code. Look & Feel of the responsive & Classic forms. Nintex Workflow Designer has a wide verity of options and features for non code development. Ex: Switch condition, Serial/Parallel Executions, If conditions. I have tried many other form implementation Products but nothing is like Nintex. It is simply Unique product for Automation.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We have large customizations in our SharePoint sites & masterpages. As a developer Whenever we try to update labels/fields in Nintex form the save/cancel buttons won't appear until we change the look & feel of the SharePoint site to default Oslo/Seattle masterpage. I wish this Nintex designer won't take styles from SharePoint Masterpages/Branding while we work in the designer as a developer.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are working with SharePoint Migrations and trying to migrate all your historical InfoPath forms, Nintex is the solution for you. Even Forms in SharePoint Online/Cloud won't match the advantages provided by Nintex Forms & Nintex Workflows. I would recommend purchasing Nintex Enterprise addition where you will have access to Nintex Promapp, RPA and Training subscriptions but with Standard version also you can get all your answers in Nintex Community after you spend little amount of Time.
Pros
- Efficient Service
- Respectful
- Altruistic
- Acts with Integrity

Nintex is a fabulous Forms and Workflow Designer.

What differentiates Nintex from other similar products?
Ease of use, licensing model, features and capabilities, cost. Nintex provides Forms Customization and Workflow designing capabilities with ease of use. The intuitive UI with drag and drop provides great capability for citizen deployment. Version management with simple deployment options makes the tool a great piece of tech. New capabilities like RPA and Virtual Agents will help users take more control of IT and support their business in a better way. Nintex comes at an affordable cost as compared to other products in the market. The enterprise license program is what I love the most about it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Nintex brings Citizen Development to the next level. With low code drag and drop feature, rules management and validation controls users can easily set up their forms making them appealing and any device ready. Workflow designers are easy to use helping with integrations and scheduling. The greatest fear of losing when a mishap happens can be overcome by version management. Helping users in the best possible way and taking load off IT helps achieve user satisfaction and frees of resources for better commitments.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Performance is something Nintex should focus on. Forms with high level of customization are affected by performance. Restricting use of scripts has ruined the experience for senior developers. A lot more capabilities would be possible if scripting would be back.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Nintex is excellent and a must have tech in any industry. It aids the users in building and customization of Forms and Workflows and even RPA. Negotiate for enterprise license and it would be best suited for your organization.
