What differentiates Nutshell from other similar products?
Nutshell is very intuitive. Employees have learned how to use it in an hour or less.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We love the Nutshell Dashboard to visually track progress of the team and individuals by week, month and year!
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some customizations with the to-dos and activities is left to be desired, but it is on their roadmap.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Get started! The sooner you adopt a CRM like Nutshell, the sooner you'll have visibility and accurate tracking of your leads and sales!

What differentiates Nutshell from other similar products?
It offers fantastic capabilities that stack up to the likes of salesforce, but is much easier to get up and running. It is also very user-friendly, so adoption is faster. They are always adding features which increases the value to current customers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Awesome automation for working prospects, and accurate attribution which improves marketing and sales collaboration while maximizing ROI.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is hard to find anything to dislike about this tool. My only issue was that they did not offer an SMS option, but they recently solved that problem which is fantastic!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
You wont regret it!
