How to read the Emotional Footprint
The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.
While purchasing decisions shouldn't be based on emotion, it's valuable to know what kind of emotional response the vendor you're considering elicits from their users.

What differentiates Nutshell from other similar products?
Nutshell has to be considered a top CRM for its cost. I have been a user for almost 9 years and I have yet to run into something in my day-to-day sales operations that Nutshell couldn't accomplish.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
That many of the "add on" features are available a la carte and can be easily turned on and off as needed. EXAMPLE: As a small business with a niche audience, I don't need to send bulk emails year round. Nutshell lets me add the "Campaigns" feature on a monthly basis so I can still send bulk emails without having to pay for a feature I don't use every month. That's one example of how Nutshell is a great fit for a cost-conscious business owner.
What do you dislike most about this product?
That the mobile app (iPhone) is lacking. There are some things I can't do on on the app that I can do on the full browser version of the software.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure to have a clear picture of what you actually need to achieve with a CRM. There are so many CRM solutions on the market, and while it's nice to see some new features that you may have never though about, you may not actually need those bells and whistles... but rest assured you'll pay for them!
Pros
- Respectful
- Reliable
