What is your favorite aspect of this product?
A decent API to get info
What do you dislike most about this product?
I'd like to be able to change more - like have an HTML frame on the dashboard. As a dev - I would also like to be able to make my own widgets for the interface. I would like to be able to change the interface more than what is available now.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's a good product to get people in multiple places to share a common database of clients and users - especially if you don't have a programmer.

The tasks won’t all generate at once when a lead is moved to the next stage. Or sync with a task list on computer

It is not great for a solo user, it is geared more toward a team of sales people
