What differentiates OASIS 360™ from other similar products?
Vendor quality. Vendor behaves as a true business partner and is willing to hear and act on all feedback, positive or negative.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Relatively simple architecture and straight forward access to data.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Reliability and features of the Loyalty add-on. This was a purchased product but ATI has work to do to make it rock solid. Also need better integration with Genesis add-ons for cage and table management.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If at all possible, put it in a lab environment and test. Have business stakeholders use that environment to adjust SOPs. Oasis does things a little differently than others and hands on trials are the best way to ensure operational fit.
