How to read the Emotional Footprint
The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.
While purchasing decisions shouldn't be based on emotion, it's valuable to know what kind of emotional response the vendor you're considering elicits from their users.

What differentiates Okta Workforce Identity from other similar products?
The sheer breadth of apps and tools within Okta to help you manage all aspects of identity compliance and access authentication
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Single-sign on capability, without a doubt. Larger corporations will often have multiple apps and tools available for users and to have access to these managed by one authentication app with one sign-on requirement is extremely refreshing. As an end user this is great as you're not having to constantly remember sign-one credentials for multiple access rights. It makes for quick, easy and secure sign on every time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
In a typical corporate environment, this product can at times be heavy handed in its approach to safeguarding against rogue sign-ins. The thinking here is that this is to be expected, as the corporate environment needs to be protected. However as an end-user that just wants to get into systems and get on with their work, this can be cumbersome. Still, we're probably all familiar with Google (and similar) two-step or more authentications so it is an aspect of working life that we have become accustomed to, but I just wish it didn't trigger as frequently as it currently does.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Depends which camp you're in: procurement, IT deployment or end-user. For most end-users I think this is a very acceptable app for managing secure access, even if the UX is a bit basic and clunky. The same could be said for IT deployment, but I would imagine that the underlying functionality, flexibility and reporting options of the tool would far outweigh these user-facing issues.
