Very easy to use. The benefits completely hinge on the ability of the prospect and how engaged they are. Some use it quite a bit, which will provide insights but others will not.

Ability to view what the prospect has clicked on or viewed. Allows you to gear your content towards this.

You cannot control if the prospect uses it.
