The amount of available processes. The level of customization without the need for programming. The ease of upgrading/updating without worrying about customizations.

The level of customization without the need for programming.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Multilingual approach takes a lot of effort, but I guess this is not only the case with OT.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you have your business and IT owners defined and that the internal processes are known and documented. Take time to learn the default out of the box processes before starting to customize.
