What differentiates ON24 from other similar products?
The level of support is amazing. I can chat with a real person on their website and immediately get a helpful response.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Setting up webcasts is really easy to do, and the initiative user experience makes it easy to train my team.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish you could do more with automated reports and analytics without having to integrate with a CRM.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It’s expensive, but it’s an excellent product and you get what you pay for. Just be sure to ask good questions and be willing to negotiate on pricing with your account management team and they will work with you!

What differentiates ON24 from other similar products?
Zoom. Didn’t like their pricing strategy. ON24 was more transparent in its pricing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
ON24 had a simple interface that made it very easy to arrange our first webinar on their platform. Unlike other programs it was really easy to set up ON24 and learn your way around it. Screen sharing can be added as a plugin and works smoothly. Their customer support is very quick and helpful. You get real-time statistics reports about your webinar.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Wish we could customize the registration forms. Mobile interface can be improved.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We are arranging nearly all kinds of online events such as webinars or virtual conferences.
