It doesn’t just stop at multi-factor authentication (MFA); it uses machine learning to analyze login patterns and adjust security levels dynamically.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Everything is organized and right where you need it. Setting up single sign-on (SSO) for new apps or users is so smooth that it’s practically effortless
What do you dislike most about this product?
I’ve had a few moments where I needed to refresh or retry actions to get things done, and in high-pressure situations, that delay can be frustrating.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
OneLogin does a solid job with modern apps, but if you’ve got a few oldies in your tech stack, make sure you’ve tested the compatibility.

What differentiates OneLogin Workforce Identity from other similar products?
The UI is easy to use and it has all the authentication factors available to it which provides for a good user experience it terms of the end user choices. Quick and responsive support team is better than some of its competitors.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its helping us to realize our goals in Identity and access management. Role mappings allows us to manage access seamlessly and its SSO capabilities is making our life's easier by managing all the apps from a single place. Smart MFA capabilities of Onelogin helps us achieve the risk based login. Clear security policies and app policies is helpful for managing the granular access in the org.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It has slightly less features than the market leaders like Okta.

Its a good product to realize your SSO goals and security goals in your organization.

What differentiates OneLogin Workforce Identity from other similar products?
Onelogin multi-authentication provisions is a distinct part of the Onelogin platform, which I believe makes it unique. By combining web authentication for biometric factors with voice ,SMS , email , RSA secure ID and OTP ( one time password ) provisions, Onelogin makes it difficult for unauthorized parties to access our most important software infrastructure and tools.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Onelogin simple Sign-on ( SSO ) provisions, have been an impressive part of my experience with this platform. I utilize Onelogin's SSO feature to access my most important work apps. Using a single login credential, thereby removing the need to remember multiple login credentials for multiple applications I use at work. This has made me more productive and has definitely saved me valuable time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
As an end-user at my organization , I am yet to face any significant difficulty with using One Login. It integrates smoothly with the major apps I use at work and I have generally found it intuitive to use.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Onelogin has simplified login credential management across my company.
