What differentiates OpenText Software Delivery Management from other similar products?

What makes OpenText ALM stand out is its focus on the entire application lifecycle, from requirements all the way through to deployment.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

OpenText ALM integrates seamlessly with a bunch of other tools we use, like Jira for task management. This is a lifesaver – no more data silos or information black holes

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sure, OpenText ALM is a powerful tool, but one thing I'd love to see improved is the reporting functionality. Right now, it feels a bit clunky and not as user-friendly as it could be.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If your organization is looking for a robust ALM platform to streamline your software development lifecycle, OpenText ALM is definitely worth considering. Just be prepared to invest some time in learning the ins and outs of the reporting features
