What differentiates Oracle Cloud HCM from other similar products?
It is such a streamlined application, the reports that are pulled from the product have been so conducive to most of our decision-making and the organizational setup. We are able to view position information and historical data easily in order to conduct succession planning, organization-wide salary increases, compensation reports, and payroll. This has allowed less labor time for most of our centralized HR team, simply from the amazing features offered by the product.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the ability to conduct customized reporting, this has made decision-making much easier because the data is so accessible through this product.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish there were abilities to link to our finance system. There is a need for this to prevent data entry errors.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It would be great to have a way for the product to interact with other organizational software programs to streamline more processes.

What differentiates Oracle Cloud HCM from other similar products?
It has a clean user interface for both end user and admin. Offers a plethora of features as long as you have the support and know how to configure and turn them on.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I enjoy the simplicity of the navigation and organization of the different modules
What do you dislike most about this product?
The setup for new features sometimes includes dozens of smaller setup items that need to be completed first and it is a bit of a guessing game to figure out if you have all sub processes setup to successfully turn on the new feature.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Having a good consultant partner was crucial to our success and continued third party support is helpful especially when you have a small team with limited IT support
