What differentiates Oracle Cloud HCM from other similar products?
They are different in many ways, the features are intuitive and our users could manage alot of things on their own.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Tiles like feature on the main dashboard. All info are reachable within 3 clicks.
What do you dislike most about this product?
You have to use a 3rd party payroll if you want a cheaper solution.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Do a deep study, we evaluated SuccessFactor and Oracle. Oracle turned out to be a better value for us.

It is easy to use and transformed our HR model.It enabled us to establish a common ground process to all our employees located in different locations which has reduced cost and complexity and increased business agility an employee productivity.we underwent a digital transformation of our HR model.

It dos not allow much customization but still easy to use.

Oracle HCM Cloud is the answer to organization looking for a product that will increase business agility ,improve HR efficiency and productivity. It supports all quick business changes and makes it easier to get up to date information that is also accurate.
