It's the most complete product in comparison with others in the market, it not only helps to manage the whole employee lifecycle, it also help us to deliver quality to our stakeholders.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
As I said before, it helps in almost all of the aspects for the employee lifecycle. However, I think that my favorite aspect is how friendly it is at the moment of using it and understand all the functionalities over workforce management, employees training, payroll and time attendance, etc.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Its customization, would be nice to have more flexibility at the moment of customizing features based on the company needs.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Go for it, this product combines a lot of features that will improve company performance.

Increase the number of business-rule scenarios included in pre-existing functions. more forms of huge integration in contexts with diversity. The number of candidates who can be rejected in bulk should be increased from the existing cap of 150.
