Oracle Cloud ERP offers best in class user experience with inbuilt Analytics and comprehensive features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Oracle keeps rolling out new features every quarter. There is a wide talent pool readily available in the market, who specialize in Oracle Technologies. The product keeps improving day by day. Oracle offers all the possible modules and they are tightly integrated with each other.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Oracle must focus on Customer service. Oracle must make customer delight at the center of their offerings. Oracle has improved on this metric in recent years, however there is still scope for improvement.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Implement the best practices recommended by oracle. Attend Oracle User groups to learn and network with other oracle customers. Work with Oracle Customer Sucess Manager from the begining. Leverage the readily available talent pool from the market in the project delivery and implementation. Focus on Data Migration and keep things simple to start with.

It offers enterprise resource planning adaptable to the needs of our organization, with a flexible and scalable design. It enables you to quickly adapt to changing business demands and achieve increased productivity, drive business innovation, and reduced costs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has a very nice user interface. It provides real-time dashboards with very useful information for project management. It facilitates inventory control with the possibility of obtaining very complete reports. Allows efficient management of general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, others. Role-based access control is very useful and effective in our company, each person accesses the information that corresponds to them according to their role.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing that so far I think they can improve is the documentation to get started in the use of this platform, the built-in modules have characteristics that are difficult to use when you are a beginner.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend your Oracle ERP implementation for providing a comprehensive set of modules that has enabled our company to make informed business decisions while improving performance and reducing costs.

Once the data source is integrated the tool is easy to set up and get started with the help of abundant well defined documentation

It enables the organisation to manage resources between and manage using custom workflow processes

The design of the tool needs to be revamped to make it more pleasing for non IT users
