What differentiates Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP from other similar products?
When compared to the previous system, the link between the customer database and the product database is quicker, the product layout is more efficient, the time is reduced, and product layout errors are reduced. Because it is an integrated ERP system, it can manage several data sets on the cloud, such as customer management on the sales side and inventory management system on the production side, which is favorable.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Previously, the sales team would fill up a request form and send it to the sales office, but now the sales department only deals with product arrangements. Because we have inventory information, we can swiftly contact the consumer with a specific day and time. After becoming an integrated guy, the end users' grasp of the system remained the same, and I feel the business understanding improved.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Company information system members cannot restore the system, and any repairs must be obtained from the system vendor. I would like people to be able to repair it some more.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We were successful in standardizing people assessment management in both local and foreign groups. The application's biggest value, in my opinion, is its ability to use other systems inside the group without relying on the internal system. I've been using it for employee reviews for about two years. The good thing is that it is quite visible. Staff evaluation elements can be divided into specifications that are easy to comprehend by introducing assessment items as needed. It is quite beneficial since the status is displayed, ensuring that contact with superiors and subordinates is not omitted.
