What differentiates Oracle PeopleSoft CRM from other similar products?

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We use it on a daily basis at work and find it to be quite straightforward and user-friendly. We use it for finance, payroll, human resources recruitment, and other tasks, and it helps us get tasks completed faster and with better outcomes. I enjoy how PeopleSoft allows you to search for employees by ID, Full Name, First Name, or Last Name. You may also check out the history of any employee with just one click.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Because this is such a large application, it always takes a long time to get new modules to operate properly. If you really need to cancel a planned post, you may have to delete them one by one if you're posting to numerous pages and this becomes our source of annoyance.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It genuinely helps you save time when looking for your employee’s information. It may be used as a leading tool to improve a company's numerous areas. It gave me a lot better understanding of the openings and closers of projects, as well as the ability to track our organization’s financials, than I could have.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Oracle contains strong reporting capabilities which can easily deal with difficult processes and its customize able tools provide you with opportunities to match its processes according to your business. Its features are very simple and versatile which can do anything that is needed for your business. Using Oracle you can take your business to your desired directions.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Implementation and upgrades which Oracle provides are sometime not affordable for their users. Beside this, some upgrades area also limited. Moreover, its downfall includes problems . It requires technical expertise that the general users don’t have. Its functions and services are time consuming.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The services are really beneficial. Using this software you can get your work done easier and helps you to build strong relationship with your customers.

The Oracle PeopleSoft CRM provides multichannel interaction with customers/prospects that includes the “chatting” channel. It is user-friendly and used on many different mobile devices. Allows the users to write the report related to the recent ongoing project. Does the complete job data tracking includes different jobs code, pay ranges, etc. The integration with the Vemo and Kronos tools helps in keeping the teammate's insight reports. Allows the multiple screen display at a time. PeopleSoft customer support is quite helpful. Allows changes in profile and also notifies the other user to avoid the clash.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This makes the product management effective and helps the sales teams in providing the proper definition of the products along with the products hierarchy. PeopleSoft CRM provides complete talent management and global recruiting services making human resource management easier.
What do you dislike most about this product?
PeopleSoft requires more improvement in the time tracking and workforce management functionality and the notifications. It needs to work more on the report customization features to make it easier to be personalized in any way.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I highly recommend this software to all the small and middle-market businesses, it manages all HCM and financial data as it is integrated with Oracle Financial Application. This reduces the work stress and creates the global recruiting and labor-management automated.
