What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Oracle CX Service helps our organization leverage on technology to organize customer service and engage relevantly with our clients and stakeholders. There is a free trial version of the platform and it helps in gauging the suitability of the platform in an organization before acquiring their preferred plan. Its intuitive and has helped us grow our customer base and ensure we serve them right based on their preferences.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its built for use in mid-sized and large organizations and this locks out small organizations in enjoying the benefits of the platform intuitively.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Oracle CX Service is affordable and with it an organization is able to modify and manage their relationship with their clients and this enables them grow their portfolio and customer base.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Oracle Service Cloud brings all our business activities on the cloud, meaning, there is little tk no efforts that we incur to exucute our roles.. Again, the intellectual capability of Oracle Service Cloud is endless, meaning, we all day do different business roles through the assistance of the program.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Oracle Service Cloud being a big brand still requires deep pockets, meaning, unless a company or an individual is well connected in terms of finances, there could be strainous aspects.. This could be swiftly rectified.
