What differentiates Ortto from other similar products?

Sequences, visual workflows builders, and triggers have streamlined the marketing and sales processes. Canned responses help automate replies to frequently asked questions to help the service agents focus on high-priority tickets. Autopilot has different editors to build beautiful and satisfying emails.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

For email reporting, we get names of people who open and click, and visit website pages. We get automation features using which we can trigger emails based on customers' tags.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Editing when to perform the drag and drop action is a workaround and the drag-and-drop editor sometimes has errors.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Autopilot is the most innovative company today to use to create targeted, relevant campaigns. We were able to implement Autopilot and be fully operational within a month.

What differentiates Ortto from other similar products?

Autopilot proved to be the perfect solution to collect and unify the company's siloed data and allow it to be used for actionable marketing campaigns. Integration with Facebook allows us to send important events to Facebook for better optimization of campaigns. We have also been using the personalization and targeting features of Autopilot to drive customer engagement and boost sales in our different target locations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Has quite a lot of interesting features and most importantly I love the feature of creating triggers and actions. The interface makes it easy to follow-up our leads along the way.

What do you dislike most about this product?

With all the features that Autopilot provides, ramp-up takes times and it requires a level of commitment to fully leverage all the features

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Autopilot is trusted by many businesses around the world and now instead of sending a generic message to their entire customer base, they use Autopilot to design and send personalized email campaigns to segmented group of customers.

What differentiates Ortto from other similar products?

It houses multiple ways to connect and engage with our audience, from personal email to mass mailings. It helps me see how engaged or unengaged the client is with the Smart Mails, Forms and Videos that I send out via Autopilot.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite part about Autopilot is the readily available support team. They focus on helping their customers from day one and truly deep-dive any issue to help ensure customers are satisfied.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Compared to other marketing automation out there, Autopilot doesn't have as good reporting capabilities. We usually stick with the basic templates because some of the email templates are a little tricky.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Primarily it provides all the online marketing functionalities that businesses need and the most helpful thing about Autopilot is that it gives more visibility on the performance campaigns at a granular level.
